Still alive and kicking :)

I am still playing Ark but I had a break from building for a while.  At least I did for a while.  I've been working on a HUGE project between Carno island and the mainland.  I hadn't planned to build a new base but after the S+ update which allowed canvases to be placed on storage boxes (to match vanilla) my storage stacking method stopped working.  I have to jump to access my storage and as I built at ground level on the tower I couldn't go down to fix it and going up I wouldn't be able to reach the top ones without jumping anyway.  Not sure many people would build a new base just because of storage but I did lol.  I will be posting a few pics of what the Tower base looks like.  Its actually partially incomplete.  I had been working on some new bits but the storage thing stopped me in my tracks.

When ever I build a base I always have thoughts as to what I might build afterwards.  I had been toying with the idea of a base with canals through it so you can ride sharks and such right into the base.  This meant building on the water.  Now I've actually been working on this project for a while but I decided to update after I had progressed a fair way into it.  It isn't going to be a ground breaking as other builds I have done but as builds go I really like it.  My storage base I didn't really like all the way up to the very end of it.  This one I've loved from the start.  When I say its huge I mean I hit the build limit fairly early into the project.  I asked the admin what the chances were of the limit being increased and he doubled it!  So we are currently running the same build limit I run on single player.  I have done no vanity projects yet as I'm saving structure count for the main build then I will expand from there.  I will be posting some more shots soon but I'm going to leave it with just one teaser for this post.  I may post more later today or in the next few days.

This shot is a few days old so the next ones will be a bit different :)
